Copier Donation Program

In 1998 5 Star Business Machines established its Copier Donation Program as another way to give back to the community. Under this program 5 Star provides current model copiers to qualified churches and other non-profit organizations

How the Donation Program Works:

• 5 Star will work with the organization to determine their copier requirements
• Non profit organization are required to sign a three year maintenance agreement
• There are no hidden costs, the maintenance contract is for service and supply related expenses necessary to maintain the copier
• At the conclusion of the third year of the maintenance agreement ownership reverts to the non profit organization

Due to the popularity of this program 5 Star Business Machines can only support the placement of two copiers during any given month. Donations are made on a first come first serve basis. Call (315) 455-7745 to learn how your organization can take advantage of our program!
